My machine park offers a wide variety of manufacturing options.
In addition to small milling, drilling, turning and filing, grooving / broaching machines, there are also two production milling machines with Siemens 840D control and peripherals, as well as machines for sheet metal processing using cutting, pressing, edging and welding MIG / MAG, point and stud welding are available.

Before a machine can be mass-produced, it needs to be thoroughly examined. It is certainly not primarily a question of whether all the parts fit together, but also how they can be assembled, the effort involved when an electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic line, a measuring system cable, a linear guide is involved in the event of damage Ball screw drive etc. must be replaced. Extensive calculations often contain a large number of influencing factors and assumptions. These come either from relevant specialist literature or from experiments. I therefore attach particular importance to a practical, realistic assessment and additionally compare my calculation results with measurement results from experimental setups in order to achieve the highest level of reliability in the system.
Since not every scenario or every "worst-case scenario" can be simulated when operating a machine within a reasonable cost range, my activities are limited on the one hand to functionalities of milling machines and machining centers and on the other hand to the utilization of the available machines. The DMP60V and DMP45V with pallet changing table are currently available for 3 2-axis milling / drilling.
